Full factorial optimization of α-aminophosphonates synthesis using diphenylphosphinic acid as efficient organocatalyst

Diphenylphosphinic acid was used as an efficient and simple catalyst for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates by multicomponent Kabachnik-Fields reaction in one pot aromatic aldehyde, aniline diethylphosphite. Three physicochemical factors including amount, time medium temperature were optimized using a full factorial experiment design (FFD). Additionally, quadratic polynomial regression model applied analysis experimental data at confidence level 95% with p-values < 0.05. The high signification effect on confirmed statistical analysis. Besides, diphenylphosphinic amount showed yield. ANOVA exhibited that coefficient determination this up to 99.25%. This eco-friendly procedure extended preparation series ethanol green solvent, giving desired products chemical yields 90%.
